  • Match Cancellations – In the event of cancellations, abandonments, or no-result matches, completed session/fancy bets will remain valid.

Example: If you placed a Session bet on “Over 50 Runs in Powerplay” and the first 6 overs were completed before the match was abandoned, your bet stands and is settled.

2. Player Runs & Retired Hurt Rules

  • If a player is retired hurt but at least one ball has been bowled after your bet, all wagers remain valid.

  • If no delivery was faced, bets are void.

3. Technical Glitches & Connectivity Issues

  • Software Errors – TigerExch is not responsible for losses caused by software glitches, internet delays, or connectivity failures on the user’s end.

  • Server-Side Issues – If there’s a power failure or system crash on our end and the market fails to suspend, TigerExch247’s management decision will be final.

  • No Manipulation – Players are strictly prohibited from exploiting technical glitches. Offenders risk permanent account suspension.

4. Management’s Decision & Dispute Resolution
